Every researcher's career follows a unique journey — the right strategy makes all the difference between years of struggle and a clear path to publication.
NICE TO MEET YOU
I'm Ahmed Abdelaziz
I'm a physician-researcher and the founder of Clinex Academy. After years of mentoring medical students and residents through their first research projects, I built Clinex to give every researcher in Egypt and the GCC the structured path I wish I'd had — from a valid research idea to a published meta-analysis.
“Great research isn't about talent — it's about having the right system, the right mentorship, and the discipline to follow through.”
Our Story
My journey into research didn't start with a clear plan. Like many medical students in Egypt, I began without a mentor, without a system, and without knowing what a rigorous research idea even looked like.
It took years of trial, error, and rejected manuscripts before I understood what separates a wasted year of research from a genuinely publishable one. Somewhere along the way, I realized that the missing piece for most researchers in our region wasn't talent — it was structure.
That realization became Clinex Academy. What started as informal mentorship for a handful of students grew into a complete, hands-on training system — one that has now helped over 300 trainees across Egypt and the GCC publish in top-tier journals.
Today, my mission is simple: give every serious researcher in this region the exact roadmap I had to build for myself the hard way.
Our Mission
To give every serious medical researcher in Egypt and the GCC a clear, structured path from a valid research idea to a published paper, through hands-on training and real mentorship.
